Accounts Payable

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate with a specialization in Accounts Payable to support our client's financial operations. This role is responsible for managing comprehensive finance and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth financial transactions and maintain strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end finance and accounting processes for assigned accounts
  • Process accounts payable transactions based on approved client documentation
  • Handle accounts receivable using client-approved data
  • Prepare monthly financial statements with complete supporting schedules
  • File tax returns and other statutory reports required by the business, client, or government agencies
  • Generate ad hoc financial reports upon request from authorized representatives
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial documents and data
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external communications
  • Meet deadlines for report submissions and statutory requirements
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and related financial activities
  • Adapt to changes in processes and procedures as approved
  • Participate in training programs, development initiatives, and company activities
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
  • Carry out other finance and accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant Internship experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in SAP (required)
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
