Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Commercial Service Scheduler. This role is critical in managing the schedules of multiple service technicians, handling both routine and emergency requests, and ensuring seamless communication with commercial clients. Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Php 40,000-43,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM North Carolina time, with 1-hour unpaid break (optional and flexible for 15-min intervals)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize schedules for three commercial service technicians
  • Maintain auto-scheduled recurring appointments
  • Handle emergency service requests and inspection scheduling
  • Process and coordinate commercial route optimization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial service operations
  • Manage B2B communications via email and phone
  • Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
  • Monitor and optimize service routes using CRM mapping tools
  • Coordinate with property managers and on-site personnel

Requirements

  • Strong schedule visualization capabilities

  • Proven B2B customer support experience (required)
