In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion. Production Supervisor About The Job Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily/weekly output targets. Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain high standards of product quality and implement quality control procedures. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff performance. Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, planning, and supply chain. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Implement continuous improvement initiatives. About You Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of work experience in Process Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Production Supervisor. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Six Sigma certification is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in production planning and reporting tools. Willing to work on a shifting schedule and in a fast-paced working environment.
