Are you a driven and consultative B2B sales professional ready to take your career to the next level?
We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team in Manila, supporting the APAC market. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that help our clients succeed.
As an Account Manager, you'll execute our APAC sales strategy within defined markets, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to an established customer base. You'll work closely with internal teams and key decision-makers to retain, expand, and maximize customer value — all while achieving and exceeding your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets through strategic account management and solution selling.
- Execute the sales strategy to deliver growth across existing client portfolios.
- Respond to all inbound leads within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective account coverage.
- Attend training, team meetings, and industry events to stay ahead of market trends and opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales and account management selling to the legal & conveyancing, professional services, government and/or other commercial sectors
- Demonstrated ability to close deals, exceed targets, and deliver commercial results.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and a strong understanding of modern sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and deliver value-driven outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work within Australian business hours.
