Role Description
Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving the company's brand presence, campaign strategy, and digital engagement across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for leading the team in planning, creating, and executing compelling marketing content and digital initiatives that support AFTPH Corporation's events and growth objectives.
Working closely with the Sales, Operations, and Events teams, the Head of Marketing ensures that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals,
drive foot traffic to events
, and establish strong online visibility. The position requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, team management, and hands-on execution, particularly in crafting messaging that resonates with our target audiences.
The Head of Marketing is also expected to lead mentor and guide the Social Media and Marketing Specialists, ensure the timely rollout of content, and maintain consistency in brand tone and messaging across all channel
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
- Digital Marketing and Marketing experience
- Ability to lead a team.
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the trade exhibit or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement the overall social media and marketing strategy aligned with the company's brand goals and event calendar.
- Lead campaign planning and oversee end-to-end execution across all channels (social media, email, digital, and event promotions).
Team Supervision & Development
- Manage and mentor the social media and marketing team, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular check-ins to support growth and productivity.
Content Oversight
- Guide the team in content planning, creation, and scheduling across all platforms.
- Review and approve key visuals, captions, reels, and paid campaign assets to maintain brand consistency.
Campaign Management
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns for events, product launches, and brand partnerships.
- Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaboration with Other Departments
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Event teams to ensure marketing materials and timelines support event objectives.
- Coordinate with exhibitors for co-branded promotions and campaign alignments.
Audience Engagement & Community Growth
- Oversee strategies to grow and engage our online community across platforms.
- Ensure consistent voice and messaging aligned with the company's tone and event brand identity.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through, conversion) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Use insights to improve future strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
Budget Management
- Manage the team's marketing budget, including spending for ads, content creation, tools, and partnerships.
- Ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and maximize ROI.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, social media tools, and platform algorithm changes.
- Propose and pilot new ideas to keep the brand's content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
