Finance and Accounting Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in F&B, retail, or franchise setup.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and trustworthy. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Flexible hybrid setup possible after probation (subject to approval)

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Record and reconcile daily sales reports from all stores (POS vs. bank deposits).
  • Maintain general ledger and ensure timely posting of transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and collections. Process petty cash reimbursements and ensure proper documentation.
  • Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Perform variance analysis on store performance and highlight issues or trends.
  • Consolidate sales, cost, and expense reports for management review.
  • Assist in year-end audit preparation and coordination with external accountants.
  • Budgeting & Cash Flow Management
  • Prepare and monitor store budgets and forecast cash requirements.
  • Track operating expenses and propose cost-control measures.
  • Ensure timely payments of utilities, rent, and supplier invoices.
  • Compliance & Payroll
  • Handle government compliance (BIR filings, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax).
  • Process monthly payroll, statutory deductions, and employee reimbursements.
  • Maintain employee records related to payroll and leave credits.
  • Coordination & Supervision
  • Supervise one to two accounting or admin staff (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with store managers for daily remittances, expense tracking, and inventory reports.
  • Liaise with external auditors, suppliers, and regulatory offices when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
