Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire, upskill, and refresher training sessions for associates under the financial account.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain training materials, modules, and learning aids based on client and business requirements.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Workforce teams to identify performance gaps and recommend training interventions.
  • Monitor, assess, and evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments, certification tests, and coaching sessions.
  • Provide timely feedback, mentoring, and support to ensure successful transition of trainees to production.
  • Generate and submit training reports, attendance logs, and post-training evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, including data security and financial regulations.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain training quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Communication, Business, or related courses preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer or Learning Specialist in a BPO setting, preferably handling a financial or banking account.
  • Proven experience in facilitating both classroom and virtual training sessions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of financial products, customer service processes, and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules and adapt to different shifts as required.
