Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Customer Service Representatives focused on financial account handling.
- Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises, tailored to the specific needs of the financial services sector.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring all participants grasp key concepts and best practices.
- Assess trainee performance through observation and evaluation, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and trends related to financial services, integrating relevant information into training materials and sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes and meet business goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on financial account handling, providing support and guidance to CSR teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on financial services preferred.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs, preferably in a call center or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, credit cards, loans, and investment products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring abilities, with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
