Eyelash Trainer

Job Summary:

The Eyelash Trainer / Senior Lash Technician is responsible for conducting training programs for new and existing lash technicians, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to company standards. This role also involves performing advanced eyelash services, supporting store operations during peak times, and helping improve overall service performance through skill development and continuous learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development

• Conduct initial and refresher training sessions for Eyelash Technicians, covering lash extension application, lash lift, tint, aftercare, hygiene, and customer service.
• Develop and update training modules, manuals, and assessment checklists aligned with the company's service protocols.
• Evaluate trainees' technical and soft skills performance during and after training.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve service quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Operations and HR departments on certification, performance tracking, and skill advancement programs.
• Stay updated on lash trends, tools, and techniques to enhance training content and salon service offerings.

Technical Services

• Perform professional lash services including Classic, Hybrid, and Volume extensions, Lash Lift & Tint, and corrective lash procedures.
• Maintain exemplary service standards as a role model for all lash staff.
• Assist in handling VIP clients or redo services when required.
• Ensure strict sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures are observed at all times.

Operational Support

• Conduct service audits and quality checks in branches as needed.
• Recommend improvements in service techniques, tools, and materials.
• Assist in selecting and testing new lash products for training and store use.
• Participate in marketing shoots, demonstrations, and special events as the company's Lash Expert.

Qualifications:

• At least 3–5 years experience as a Senior Lash Technician or Trainer in a beauty or lash salon.
• Certified in Eyelash Extension (Classic, Hybrid, Volume) and Lash Lift & Tint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Keen eye for detail, patience in teaching, and passion for beauty education.
• Ability to travel to branches or training locations when necessary.
• With leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Training completion and pass rate of trainees.
• Improvement in lash service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
• Consistency of service standards across branches.
• Timeliness and effectiveness of training updates.
• Positive feedback from trainees and Operations team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
