We are looking for
FREELANCE TRAINERS
(junior to senior experience levels) to join our growing network of training consultants and experts. If you have the talent for engaging learners and creating impact through learning, we would love to collaborate with you.

Depending on your expertise and level, you may:

  • Lead interactive learning experiences that energize participants and bring concepts to life — onsite or online.
  • Facilitate meaningful conversations that inspire reflection, collaboration, and real behavior change.
  • Co-create learning programs that blend stories, activities, and practical tools aligned with each client's goals.
  • Craft engaging materials and resources that make learning memorable and easy to apply.
  • Coach and guide learners beyond the workshop, helping them embed new habits into daily work.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our consulting and training teams to design impactful, relevant programs for every audience.
  • Share new ideas and insights that keep our learning community fresh, innovative, and future-ready.

We welcome trainers across all experience levels:

Junior Trainers

  • At least 2 years of facilitation or training experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for learning and developing your facilitation craft

Mid-Level Trainers

  • 3–7 years of experience designing and conducting learning programs
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage diverse participants
  • Experience in program design or content development a plus

Senior Trainers / Subject Matter Experts

  • 8+ years of training, consulting, or leadership experience
  • Recognized expertise in your field and strong facilitation presence
  • Track record of delivering impactful and results-oriented programs
