Management for maintenance including predictive and preventive maintenance of all machine, auxillaries and facilities

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Vocational Goals
  • No professional license required

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate maintenance meeting to all maintenance staff including allocation of manpower

  2. Supervises line maintenance activities including diagnosis, repair & emergency maintenance

  3. Responsible for mechanical and electrical trouble including machine rehabilitation

  4. Oversee in maintenance operation during machine corrective and preventive maintenance

  5. Perform tasks assigned from time to time

  6. Plans routine maintenance schedule and follow-up on problems to develop solutions

  7. Ensures that maintenance works were performed to maximize available run time

  8. Monitors breakdown to determine needed resources

  9. Adjust maintenance daily work schedule as needed to meet production requirements

  10. Ensures that parts and equipment inventories remain at approved level

  11. Keeps upper management informed of issues that affect the performance of the department

  12. Maintains good housekeeping in area of responsibilities

  13. Evaluates and observes punctuality, efficiency and know how of all maintenance personnel
