Subcontracts Manager (Ref.No. R

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
Subcontract Agreement Supervision:

• Review, administer, and monitor subcontract agreements to ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Track subcontractor progress and evaluate variations or claims in line with contractual obligations.
• Review subcontractor's interim payment applications for accuracy and compliance in the subcontract.

Employer's Claims & EOT Cost Calculations:

• Quantify and prepare employer's claims for additional costs due to delays or EOT under the main contract.
• Quantify direct and indirect costs arising from delays, including prolongation costs, disruptions, acceleration costs etc.
• Coordinate with planner to link delay events to cost implications
• Liaise with legal, planning, and project core team to support claim justifications.

Interim Payment Processing:

• Review and validate interim payment applications
• Monitor and track onshore and offshore payment timelines

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in subcontract management and handling claims
• Strong understanding of commonly used standard forms of contract
• Proven experience in handing variation orders, EOT claims and prolongation/disruption cost estimation
• With excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Technically proficient in Microsoft office tools
• Ability to work to effectively both independently and collaboratively within team environments
