Job Description

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will manage inbound orders, oversee customer communications, and ensure timely deliveries. Your work directly supports both clients and suppliers while helping shape a smooth customer journey in the commercial furniture industry.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM (Perth Time), Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 2 years of experience in the customer service space
  • Experience in B2B sales and manufacturing environments
  • Qualifications in Business, Customer Service, or similar are advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and suppliers
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM system preferred

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage inbound order processes for timely and accurate processing
  • Quoting, order entry, and order processing
  • Handle all inbound communications (phone, email, web inquiries)
  • Oversee the Advanta Loan Chair program, ensuring stock accuracy and timely returns
  • Ensure timely outbound order delivery and maintain relationships with couriers and storage facilities
  • Perform data entry and maintain records with precision
  • Provide strong customer service support and maintain professional communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations (sales, logistics, accounting, operations)
