About the Role

We're looking for a sharp and data-driven Meta/TikTok Ad Research Specialist
to uncover what makes top-performing ads succeed. In this role, you'll analyze competitor ads, extract key insights, and guide our creative and marketing teams in producing highly effective campaigns on
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
and
TikTok
.

You'll collaborate closely with the
Ad Manager
,
creative designers
, and
automation teams
to ensure our ads leverage the most effective strategies, trends, and creative approaches in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Competitor Ad Analysis

● Research and identify top-performing competitor ads using tools such as BigSpy
and
Meta Ad Library
.

● Track engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares, CTR, conversion indicators) to determine which creative elements drive performance.

2. Ad Insights & Documentation

● Build and maintain a swipe file of competitor ads categorized by hook, offer, CTA, format, and creative style
.

● Organize and share findings via
Google Sheets, ClickUp
, or other team tools for easy reference.

3. Trend Identification

● Monitor emerging trends and creative patterns across Meta and TikTok.

● Provide actionable recommendations to improve our ad performance based on data-backed insights.

4. Team Collaboration

● Partner with the Creative Copywriter
,
Graphic Designer
, and
Project Manager
to translate research into compelling ad concepts.

● Present findings and creative opportunities during weekly strategy meetings.

5. Performance Monitoring

● Track and analyze our live ad results to identify patterns and benchmark performance against competitors.

● Collaborate with the Performance Marketer
to optimize targeting, creative strategy, and audience approach.

Qualifications

Experience:

● 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing

advertising research
, or
competitive analysis
.

● Working knowledge of
Meta
and
TikTok ad platforms
.

Skills:

● Proficiency with BigSpy
,
Meta Ad Library
, and
Google Sheets
(or equivalent tools).

● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
