Job Description

Civil/Structural/Architectural works & MEPF works/Budget, Cost and Contract Management / Commercial and Financial tracking/ Bidding and Procurement / Cost evaluations/ Project Coordination

  • Prepares tender documents, contract, budget, bill of quantities and other related documents to be presented to the Site Engineers.
  • Review building, construction or architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and cost of materials
  • Create price/forecast of the cost of materials needed as well as feasibility studies
  • Gather data and quantification to verify progress of accomplishments of the project
  • Come up with ways to reduce overall cost of a project ensuring best value for money
  • Measure and value work done on site
  • Undergo quantity takeoff and plan interpretation
  • Material submission, Ordering and Procurement
  • Supplies/Subcontractor Quotation and Evaluation
  • Carry out monthly valuation of work in progress including forecasting of final costs and sales

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
  • With minimum 5 years related work experience in design and construction industry, with experience in Cost estimating, bidding, review of construction plans and specifications, must have experience in coordination with M&E trades
  • Registered Civil Engineer
  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge in preparation of Work Breakdown StructureReport writingCosting Preparation, Financial Report AnalysisProposal AnalysisBidding proposal preparations
  • Strong Mathematical skills
  • Analytical with Good communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
