Position Overview:

We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer who is not only skilled in reading plans and managing site manpower but also has a positive and engaging personality. This role will primarily focus on site supervision, but we also encourage candidates who can confidently represent the company in client meetings, groundbreaking ceremonies, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Supervise and monitor daily site works, manpower, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with plans, safety standards, and schedules.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and assist in project documentation.
  • Represent the company during project-related events (e.g., groundbreaking, client meetings, marketing presentations).
  • Support the project management team in coordinating with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Help promote a positive working environment with a jolly and approachable attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
  • Newly licensed engineers are welcome to apply; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read and interpret construction plans.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills in handling manpower.
  • Must own a motorcycle with a valid driver's license (for site mobility).
  • Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable hosting or representing the company in events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in project supervision and site management.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
  • Interest in marketing, events, and client relations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
