The Client Success Manager (CSM) is a key member of the SnapCare team, responsible for driving client satisfaction, successful program launches, and seamless workforce fulfillment. This role ensures new clients are effectively implemented and onboarded, open job positions are filled efficiently, and all processes across recruitment, credentialing, and program management are aligned to deliver exceptional results. The CSM builds strong client and internal relationships, manages data and reporting, and continuously improves workflows to enhance service delivery.

Our team members are game changers. For your role on the team, you will:

  • Support the implementation and onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth setup and transition into SnapCare systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish timelines, deliverables, and success metrics for new client launches.
  • Train clients on processes, technology platforms, and best practices to ensure successful adoption of SnapCare solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during early implementation and onboarding phases to resolve issues and drive client satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of open job positions by partnering with Recruitment teams to meet client hiring goals.
  • Maintain and update job postings across Booker and VMS systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
  • Coordinate candidate pipelines by working closely with Recruitment and Credentialing teams to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Facilitate offers, secure internal approvals, and coordinate with internal teams to finalize placements.
  • Support the setup and engagement of new staffing agencies and suppliers, leading supplier calls and contributing to performance scorecards.
  • Ensure new hires receive complete first-day instructions and serve as a resource to internal teams during onboarding.
  • Provide Program Management with clear visibility into candidate pipelines, fulfillment progress, and hiring timelines.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze reports on key metrics such as job tracking, candidate flow, and assignment timelines to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in client implementation, fulfillment, and onboarding processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance workflows.
  • Partner with Credentialing to ensure compliance with all client, facility, and regulatory requirements prior to placement.
  • Educate Recruitment, Credentialing, and other internal teams on client expectations, process updates, and best practices for candidate placement.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, Program Managers, and internal teams to proactively resolve issues and minimize escalations.
  • Leverage internal technology and VMS tools to track fulfillment metrics, provide insights, and recommend system improvements.

What You Bring to the Team

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in client success, recruitment, staffing, or implementation management (preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in data tracking, reporting tools, and workforce management systems
  • Business-minded leader with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
