This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals in the competitive world of staffing and recruitment.

What You'll Do

  • Actively generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic prospecting.

  • Confidently poach and win over clients from competitors by articulating Success Matcher's unique value proposition.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to client onboarding, working closely with our recruitment delivery teams.

  • Leverage sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo) to maintain a strong and organized sales pipeline.

  • Build strategic relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers across multiple industries and regions.

  • Consistently hit and exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and contracts closed.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in a recruitment or staffing agency setting.

  • Strong background in cold calling, B2B sales, and lead generation.

  • Experience targeting clients in North America, Australia, and the Middle East.

  • Proven ability to sell recruitment services, with a deep understanding of client needs and hiring processes.

  • Skilled in using sales tools and CRMs — you know how to navigate data and tech to drive smarter outreach.

  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality — you don't wait for leads, you create them.

  • Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written.
