Responsibilities:

  • Booking Processor is primarily in-charge of document and system review and analysis to ensure eligibility of accounts for booking.

  • Responsible in checking the accuracy and consistency of loan details and completeness of documents submitted, encoding of financial, collateral and insurance details in the system, identify and tag document deficiency, and contract activation.

  • Encode loan details in the system, such as, but not limited to:

a. Collateral details

b. Financial details

c. Insurance details

d. Pre-booking documentary deficiency/ies, if any

  • Conduct initial review and facilitate booking of accounts provided:

a. Credit approval conditions were complied

b. Loan details are correct and consistent in the system and in the documents submitted

c. Loan documents are complete and authentic

d. Other documentary requirements are met

  • Conduct validation of fees and charges to ensure correct loan proceeds, such as:

a. Down payment and Security Deposit

b. Chattel mortgage fees

c. Processing fees including Documentary Stamp Tax

d. Disbursement amount of proceeds and incentives

e. Transfer fee and cancellation fees, whenever applicable

  • Tagging and filing of submitted documentary deficiency/ies.

  • Prepare request to credit payment to dealer

  • Handles document management related tasks such as

a. Scanning of Credit & Collateral files

b. Safekeeping and maintenance of collateral document

c. Monitor submission of LTO OR-CR

d. Credit and Collateral file inventory

e. Prepares certification request/s

  • Handles preparation of reports as requested by management such as, but not limited to:

a. Contract monitoring report

b. Unbooked contracts

c. Collateral inventory list

d. Other special reports as needed

  • Attends to booking and documentation-related inquiries.

  • Performs other job-related function as assigned from time to time.

  • Participate in Kaizen related activities.

  • Attends seminars and training programs related to the job.

Requirements:

  • Holds a degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Management, or any related course.

  • Have knowledge & experience with the Accounting Standards, Budgeting, and Loan & Financial Reporting.

  • Must be keen to details.

  • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.

  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Excel.
