is looking for an intern who is passionate about collectively overcoming complex challenges of the hyper-growth e-commerce ecosystem, while learning fast and having fun, to join us as a Finance Intern.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Input financial data into various systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain financial records (e.g. invoice/receipt) ensuring data

integrity.

  • Support reconciliation processes for bank statements, accounts payable, and

accounts receivable.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial

reporting.

  • Learn to analyze financial data and help create reports for the team.
  • Help track and analyze company expenses.
  • Participate in audit procedures as required.(e.g. Inventory and Cash counts)
  • Share ideas on how we can do things more efficiently.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and support

financial initiatives.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Jump in on special projects and team efforts.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Studying Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
  • Good with details, organized, and a problem-solver.
  • Can work well both independently and with a team.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php200.00 per day
