Logistics Finance Controller

Overall Objective:

To provide financial leadership and control over all logistics-related activities within the supply chain, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and accurate financial reporting that supports the company's operational and strategic goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for logistics and supply chain operations
  • Monitor and analyze logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution expenses
  • Implement cost-control strategies and identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports and performance metrics to senior management
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to align financial strategies with operational objectives
  • Support decision-making through financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial management within logistics or supply chain operations
  • Proven track record in cost optimization, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Experience in sales and distribution industry is highly preferred
