We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing efforts within our team. The ideal candidate will have proven test management skills, a strong background in agile methodology or AI, and expertise in using metrics to drive improvements. This position requires proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerBI to manage and analyze data efficiently

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Test Manager or in a similar quality assurance lead role
  • Proven experience in test management with strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in test metrics and analytics using Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodology and experience in AI projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
