We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist/Manager to create attractive and effective product displays in retail stores, driving sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product sourcing, pricing, and marketing support to influence customer preference and boost sales.
  • Conduct margin analysis, market research, and product performance reviews to guide merchandising strategies.
  • Develop assortment plans aligned with overall business goals for key categories, items, and vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and identify new trends and business opportunities.
  • Plan impactful promotions and coordinate image campaigns with the Marketing team.
  • Monitor team performance to achieve targets in sales, margins, inventory turnover, and benchmarks.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards based on company guidelines.
  • Set up displays, arrange merchandise, and ensure correct pricing and effective promotions.
  • Collaborate with store managers on layout plans and product placement.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization for an optimal shopping environment.
  • Assist customers and provide excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales or merchandising preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Leadership ability to train and guide team members.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
