Job Description

Job responsibilities:
  • Onboard of New Traders/ Accounts
  • Manage and set up trade limits on various internal and external platforms focusing on F&O and OTC products.
  • Ensure Risk Monitoring & Regulatory Compliance
  • Investigate and resolve various issues on Trade Limits.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders i.e Legal/ Transition/ Front & Middle Office/ Business/ Client Services across APAC, EMEA and NA Regions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize the function
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Shows strong communication to build strong relationships across Traders and Business
  • Understands of Future & Options, Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives Products
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend issues for resolution
  • Proficiency is Query Management and Reporting/ Analytical Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Commerce/ Operations/ Investment banking
  • Experience in Operations in Investment Banking/ Financial services firms interacting with senior/demanding internal clients
  • Problem solver with the ability to assist in the development of solutions for clients and strategic thinker, able to review and implement process improvements
  • Exhibit high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required and highly numerate with good keyboard and core system (Outlook, Excel, Word) skills
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines/procedures and work in a methodical and organized manner
  • Strong Risk and Control Awareness - with the ability to push back on stakeholders when risk/controls could be compromised
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • OTC Product Knowledge - Interest Rate Swaps and Credit Default Swaps preferably
  • F&O Knowledge - (some Market & Product Knowledge for North American & European markets would be advantageous)
