Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments and follow-ups
- Greet and assist patients in person or by phone
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including insurance and billing information
- Educate patients on procedures
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or any Medical Field
- Communication – Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams is essential
- Empathy – Understanding patient concerns and showing genuine care builds trust and improves satisfaction
- Problem-solving – Quickly resolving scheduling conflicts or patient concerns
- Time Management – Juggling appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in patient records, insurance data, and care coordination
- Adaptability – Staying calm and flexible in fast-paced or emotionally charged environments
- Conflict Resolution – Handling complaints or misunderstandings with professionalism and tact
