About the Role
The United Sleep Services is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Patient Management Officer to join our growing U.S. operations team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional support, managing their cases efficiently, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, prior U.S. patient management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient cases, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
- Communicate with patients via phone, email, or chat in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve patient concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, data privacy, and HIPAA regulations (if applicable).
- Provide general customer service support and assist with scheduling or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in U.S. patient management or healthcare customer service is required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace.
- Willingness to work on the night shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Central Time).
