, is looking to hire an experienced
Application Support – Business Intelligence / SAP BW Analyst
to join their Global Information Services (GIS) team in
Manila, Philippines
.

This position is ideal for professionals passionate about SAP, data analytics, and business intelligence who want to contribute to a global digital transformation initiative. The role involves technical, functional, and administrative support for SAP BW systems and BI toolsets such as
Azure Data Factory
and
Power BI
.

Key Responsibilities
SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Support

• Manage the daily operations, development, and administration of SAP BW systems.
• Provide user support for existing BEx reports and dashboards, including training on report functionality and data tracing.
• Develop and enhance BW objects, queries, and workbooks per approved global BI standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot process chains, load issues, and system errors.
• Perform manual data loads and assist with user connectivity and GUI issues.
• Collaborate with functional, security, and basis teams to ensure seamless operations and quality solutions.
• Maintain SAP BW process documentation aligned with change management procedures.
• Coordinate with global BI and application support teams to ensure system stability and data accuracy.

Business Intelligence Support

• Monitor data pipelines and orchestrations in Azure Data Factory, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support Power BI workspaces and assist in report assignments and troubleshooting.
• Route support tickets to the correct teams and ensure SLA compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for incident resolution and change management processes.
• Document technical requirements, system changes, and enhancements.

Qualifications

Essential

• 6+ years of SAP BW development experience, including 2+ years in SAP BW administration.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, transformations, and data providers.
• Experience in monitoring system loads, process chains, and logs.
• Working knowledge of ABAP in BW ETL routines and extractor functions.
• Experience with SAP BEx Analyzer, Power BI, and Business Content extractors (SD, MM, FI, COPA).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong analytical capability.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues efficiently and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

Desirable

• Exposure to Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of BW performance tuning and Business Objects administration.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.
• Broader SAP functional knowledge (especially FI and SD modules).
• Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
