About the role

We are seeking ambitious and driven Cadet Sales Engineers to join our client's thriving team. As a Cadet Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's business forward, providing technical sales support and solutions to valued clients. This is a full-time role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting our senior sales engineers in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Developing strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Preparing technical proposals and presentations to showcase our capabilities and products
  • Collaborating with the sales engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and industry regulations in metal manufacturing
  • Providing after-sales support and troubleshooting to our clients

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the role
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical/electronic engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Has experience in metal manufacturing is an advantage
  • Ability to handle government projects, especially public bidding
  • Driving skills are an advantage
