Key Responsibilities:

  • Retain customers considering order cancellations and manage outbound queues.
  • Reschedule and update service orders; collaborate with dispatch to move pending orders.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, empathetic customer support.
  • Educate customers on support options and ensure first-call resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year Call Center experience in sales/retention or customer service.
  • Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude with PCs, networks, and common devices.
  • Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Senior High School graduate or equivalent (2nd year college preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Telco support or B2B interactions.
  • IT/computer-related coursework.
