  • Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Use analytics to make data-driven decisions, assess program effectiveness, and provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Team leadership: Manage, guide, and develop a team of rewards professionals.
  • Vendor management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors for benefits and other reward-related services.
