The Partnership Digital Engagement Sr. Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital engagement strategies that enhance the bank and other partners experience and drive business growth. This role bridges digital marketing, partner communications, and platform management to ensure seamless and data-driven engagement across the bank and other partners.

  1. Digital Engagement Strategy:

Develop and implement digital engagement plans to support partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle communications.

  1. Platform Management:

Oversee and optimize bank and partner-facing digital platforms to ensure performance, usability and relevance.

  1. Project Initiatives and Campaign Execution:


• Design and execute digital initiatives aimed at increasing digital APE sales.


• Develop and manage incentive programs for referrers and Financial Sales Consultants (FSCs) to drive partner-led growth.


• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted, high-impact campaigns.

  1. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform data-driven improvements.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal stakeholders (Banca Sales, DC, IT, DC) to align digital efforts with business goals.

  1. Ad-Hoc Tasks:

Support miscellaneous tasks, special projects, and urgent requests related to digital engagement and partner support.

Educational Background:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.


• With LOMA exams passed is a plus

Experience:


• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, partner engagement, or related roles.


• Experience in B2B partner ecosystems or channel marketing
