Honcho is on the hunt for a driven, relationship-focused Affiliate & Partnership Marketing Manager to take our affiliate program to the next level. If you love building win-win partnerships, geeking out on performance data and closing exciting new deals, this role was made for you.

You'll be the powerhouse behind our affiliate and partnership growth, expanding our partner network and ensuring our campaigns don't just run - they soar.


What You'll Do
  • Take the lead in managing and growing our affiliate and partnership program.
  • Spot, recruit and onboard new affiliates and partners who can fuel our growth.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with affiliates - keeping them engaged and supported.
  • Track campaign performance, optimize offers and recommend winning strategies to boost ROI.
  • Present results, insights and opportunities to management.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to align partnerships with overall business goals.
What You Bring
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (US-based platform knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
  • A proactive mindset with confidence in outreach and business development.
  • Data-driven thinking with a knack for spotting trends and opportunities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and eager to make an impact.
