This person will be responsible for recruiting high-quality affiliates, managing relationships, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's broader acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive high-quality traffic, leads, and sales
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture partnerships with affiliates, influencers, bloggers, and content creators
  • Manage day-to-day affiliate operations: communications, tracking, payments, and support
  • Monitor affiliate performance using tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, Refersion, CJ Affiliate)
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI through data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, SEO, paid media) to align on promotions and messaging
  • Ensure brand compliance and adherence to guidelines across all affiliate efforts
  • Stay current with affiliate and digital marketing trends to inform strategy

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management
  • Proven track record of growing and managing affiliate programs
  • Experience with affiliate platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to optimize based on metrics
  • Knowledge of eCommerce, SaaS, or digital products is a plus
