Job Description

  • Prepares status report and updates with regard to construction and regularly monitors budgets, contractors, and schedules
  • Prepares billing for contractors and payroll for site admin workers
  • Prepares a description and timeline of the project
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site
  • Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with government regulations.
  • Prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning construction.

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably a Civil Engineer
  • With at least 1-2 years experience and knowledgeable in land development, structural, and surveying, an advantage.
  • Computer Literate especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD
  • Willing to work on Saturday duty
