Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise ongoing construction projects across different farms to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Coordinate with farm managers, project engineers, and contractors for project schedules, material needs, and manpower deployment
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports including work accomplishments, materials used, and manpower details
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare local purchase requests and material requisitions needed for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Assists in project cost estimation, budgeting, and quantity take-offs for new construction and repair works
  • Monitor and control the usage of company tools, equipment, and materials to prevent losses and misuse
  • Coordinate logistics for delivery and transfer of construction materials, tools, and equipment between farms
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project progress reports to the Engineering or Civil Department Head
  • Conduct joint inspections with contractors before project turnover to ensure punch list are properly addressed
  • Maintain updated records of project documents, drawings, permits and contractor billings
  • Assist in planning and implementation of farm infrastructure improvements such as housing, drainage, waterlines, and roadworks
  • Support the preventive maintenance and rehabilitation programs for existing farm structures and facilities
  • Assist in emergency or urgent repair works to minimize operational downtime in farms.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (fresh graduates or cadets are encourage to apply)

Experience:

Knowledge in basic civil engineering principles, project supervision, and construction methods

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets and project documentation is an advantage.
