Job Summary: The Associate Project Manager executes assigned house construction and land-development projects from pre-start to turnover under the guidance of the Project Manager. Prepares schedules and budget projections; coordinates manpower, materials, and subcontractors; and enforces site safety, quality, and legal compliance. Directly supervises site engineers/personnel and foremen on day-to-day execution, resolves site issues, and implements approved methods and standards. Tracks progress, validates billings, manages documentation (BOM, as-builts), and submits regular status and cost reports. Recommends alternative materials/methodologies and continuous-improvement actions for approval.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering (Licensed), or a related field.

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in residential construction and site development.
