  • Develops and/or executes the technical roadmap aligned with the organization's digital transformation strategy.

For Data Analytics Oversight:

  • Guides the development of data models, dashboards, and analytics tools to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Ensures data governance, quality, and security standards are upheld.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and automation

For Application Development Oversight:

  • Oversees the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom applications and system integrations.
  • Ensures adherence to software development best practices, including DevOps principles.
  • Manages application lifecycle, including maintenance, upgrades, and scalability, and ensures proper turnover to Application Support Team.

Recommends changes in policies, procedure and/or organization in relation to the project/s handled by the Unit.

Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate officer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in in technical roles.
  • Proven experience in managing data analytics and software development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of data platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python, R) and development frameworks (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, mobile app development).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Leads, mentors, and manages cross-functional teams of data analysts, data engineers, and application developers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
