Timekeeping:

  • Administration of Employees Attendance or Daily Time Record -
  • Validate Biometric Logs –verify completeness of login/out
  • Monitor Employees' Schedule /shifts – (Schedule assignment/ change schedule)
  • Monitor & validate overtime
  • Monitor & validate official business
  • Monitor & validate leave of absences (LOA)
  • Monitor & validate rest days and holidays
  • Monitor & validate advances & adjustments if any
  • Equipment –operators/drivers' activities & hours monitoring
  • Monitor & update cash loans, pag-ibig & SSS loans
  • Validate mandatory contributions (SSS, PH, and pag-ibig) of employees
  • Submits complete and accurate timekeeping reports
  • Compute & process payroll manually.
  • On-time distribution of employees' payslips and other documents as required.

Others:

  • Consolidate payroll for 13th mo. pay & al-phalist (w/tax) reports
  • Assist employees with their SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth requirements (ex., loan applications, sickness, EC &, etc.) and coordinate with CHQ
  • Handle cash management in the absence of the Cash Custodian
  • Assist in the administration of the project as needed (ex., project requirements & personnel matters)
  • Ensure submission of all reportorial requirements promptly.
  • Perform related functions as instructed

Billing & Collection:

  • Assist MPE or Technical in the approval of billing from clients and accounting of billings.
  • Follow up project billing and update status as instructed
  • Account company withdrawals from the client, if any, and secure receipts & other supporting documents

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or Business related field.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
