Key Accounts Head

Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications and escalations.
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers.
- Set performance targets, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver solutions for clients.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Participate in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales leadership.
- Proven track record of managing high-value clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and implement actionable plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
- Fluent in Filipino (Tagalog), English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php120,000.00 per month
