Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications and escalations.
  • Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers.
  • Set performance targets, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver solutions for clients.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Participate in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value clients and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and implement actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
  • Fluent in Filipino (Tagalog), English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php120,000.00 per month
