Position Summary

We are seeking a Financial Analyst who will serve as a trusted data expert and

analytical powerhouse for our CFO Advisors and their clients. This role demands

someone who can transform raw financial data into storytelling while maintaining the

highest standards of accuracy and professional skepticism. The ideal candidate is a

"data artist" who approaches each day asking, "How can I help our clients

understand their business better than they did yesterday?"

This position requires working simultaneously working with multiple clients in a

fast-paced environment. You'll work directly with CFO Advisors, Controller Advisors,

and client leadership teams, contributing not only to client success but also to

Level10 CFO's evolution and growth.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

Core FP&A Leadership (Critical)

• Serve as trusted analyst for CFO Advisors, handling 100% of their FP&A

tasks including management reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

• Reduce CFO applied time by 40% per client through efficient and

comprehensive analytical support

• Must be available to support CFOs during US business hours (excluding PST)

Financial Analysis Excellence

• Analyze monthly financial statements independently and identify significant

variances from budget and prior periods

• Research and document explanations for 90%+ of variances using available

tools and resources

• Create comprehensive management reporting packages for executives, board

members, and investors

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting,

and scenario analysis

Quality & Professional Standards

• Apply appropriate professional skepticism when building financial models,

schedules, and reports

• Ensure all work products reflect 100% accuracy and completeness with

proper reconciliation

• Present final deliverables with complete confidence based on thorough

investigation

• Meet 100% of project deadlines within agreed-upon timeframes

Required Experience & Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles

• Proven track record of managing complete budgeting/forecasting processes

from start to finish

• Experience building and maintaining financial models and performing variance

analysis

• Background in creating executive-level reporting packages and dashboards

• Demonstrated ability to support critical business decisions through financial

analysis

Technical Skills (Required)

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency for financial modeling

• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar)

• Financial planning software experience (Jirav, Adaptive, NetSuite, etc.)

• Database querying capabilities (SQL preferred)

• Project management and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Slack, etc.)
