Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Employment Type: 1-Year Project-Based Contract (with possible extension)
Salary: PHP 25,000–27,000 Basic Salary
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
Join one of the world's leading medical device companies. Boston Scientific Philippines is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders via fax, email, or telephone—including bundling, consignment, returns, and special deliveries.
- Monitor the entire delivery process, including coordination with Distribution Centers and carriers.
- Handle backorders and ensure timely communication of product availability.
- Respond to inquiries from sales representatives, pharmacists, nurses, and doctors.
- Manage and resolve service complaints professionally.
- Issue and control invoices and maintain order-related records.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality System and promote a quality-driven work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Must be a college graduate.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar customer service/order processing role (preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry).
- Basic analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to follow defined procedures and maintain accuracy in routine tasks.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
