Responsibilities:

  • Serve as point of contact for area sales personnel on field
  • Assist sales in completing the product order process – from placing of purchase orders up to delivery of items.
  • Assist sales in complying with the branch workforce requirement
  • Coordinate with warehouse on delivery schedules and concerns
  • Coordinate with other departments for other matters related to order status
  • Monitor accounts for assigned reseller client or chain accounts
  • Answer telephone inquiries (internal and external customers)
  • Monitor email inquiries (internal and external customers)
  • Conduct product demonstration and product sampling for clients as alternate to area sales coordinator
  • Adhere to the sales process
  • Monitor all returned and for repair products from assigned reseller client.
  • Assist area sales coordinators in reviewing and analyzing orders of clients to establish trends and possible items to offer
  • Review, consolidate and analyze sales reports submitted by area sales coordinators
  • Conduct post-sales calls to clients to get feedback on the products purchased and to upsell additional products.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any 4-year course; business course an advantage
  • More than 2-year experience in sales and customer service
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,500.00 per month
