Job description:

You will be responsible for tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to optimize marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting and analytics.
  • Provide recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and overall business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Marketing Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid ads).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other data management tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
