Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Role Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week Monday-Friday, ANZ timezone)
Salary Range: AUD $2000- $3000 (based on experience)

We're seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to plan and execute high-impact campaigns for clients across Australia and New Zealand. You'll develop platform-specific strategies, create and schedule content, manage paid social advertising and engage communities to drive measurable results.
Success means boosting engagement rates, generating qualified leads and meeting campaign KPIs. You'll work across industries from B2B SaaS to retail, reporting performance insights to clients in AEST/AEDT.
Requirements

  • Minimum five years' experience in social media marketing roles, with a focus on ANZ audiences
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Strong ability to analyse performance using native platform insights and reporting tools (for example Google Data Studio)
  • Excellent written and spoken English for campaign copywriting and client presentations
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset
