Job Summary

LBC Express Customer Associates are responsible to provide a satisfactory service to customers transaction needs, which are processed in LBC Branch

Responsibilities

  • Build trust to our valued customer and communicate effectively.
  • To open or close the branch operating hours and ensure adherence to the policies and procedures.
  • To ensure clean and orderly based on Quality Work Place standards.
  • To act as a teller and be accountable and responsible for the safekeeping and safety release of Remittances as well as other Cargo and Courier products.
  • Provide needed reports required by Team Head.
  • Provide quality services to LBC customer.
