Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Front Desk Officer for the technical department.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other

relevant documents for internal and external stakeholders and customers.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for technical personnel attending conferences, training sessions, or other events.
  • Manage and maintain an organized filing system for the department records,

ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with document and records

monitoring procedures.

  • Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs and workshops,

including registration, venue booking, and participant communications.

  • Support the department's communication efforts by drafting and editing internal

and external communications, such as minutes of meetings, announcements,

newsletters, memorandums and relaying outside significant events that have

indirect effect on the Laboratory's operations.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality of

sensitive data and personnel matters.

  • Manage and monitor the inventory stock level of supply for the technical,

ensuring an adequate supply of necessary materials.

  • Assistant to the Manager in controlling the department's budget, monitoring

expenses, and participating in budget planning and tracking.

  • Record department expenses and provide periodic reports to the accounting office

for financial record-keeping and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or High school diploma equivalent of training and experience on related job.
  • 6 months or 1-2 years of experience.
  • Resourceful and it can able to handle pressure.
  • Open for fresh graduates.

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
