What you’ll focus on Oversee daily warehouse facility operations, ensuring all systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, etc.) function properly. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for warehouse infrastructure and equipment. Ensure compliance with Philippine safety standards (DOLE, OSH, BFP) and conduct regular safety inspections. Supervise janitors, maintenance personnel, and security staff to maintain cleanliness, safety, and order. Handle emergency repairs and maintenance requests, minimizing operational disruptions. Monitor warehouse security systems (CCTV, access controls) and coordinate with security personnel. Manage budgeting for facility maintenance, repairs, and utilities to optimize cost efficiency. Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance logs, and incident reports for management review. Coordinate with third‑party contractors and vendors for facility repairs and maintenance services. Develop and maintain partnerships with local suppliers for procurement efficiency. Conduct supplier audits, performance evaluations, and risk assessments. Ensure all procurement transactions comply with BIR invoicing, VAT compliance, and regulatory guidelines. Work closely with the warehouse, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with inventory needs. What you bring Education: Bachelor’s degree or vocational diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years in warehouse facilities management, logistics, or industrial maintenance. Technical Knowledge: Building maintenance, safety compliance, and equipment upkeep. Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with DOLE OSH regulations, fire safety codes, and preventive maintenance programs. Technology Skills: Proficiency in facility management software and warehouse infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems) is a plus. Certifications (Preferred but not required): TESDA NC II or NC III certification in Building Maintenance or Electrical Installation. Soft Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
