MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Responsible for translating strategic product initiatives into operational execution. This role bridges the gap between product development and market delivery, ensuring that new and enhanced products are implemented efficiently, aligned with the gating process, and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, Operations, IT, and Compliance to drive successful product launches and enhancementsProduct Implementation & Execution
Lead end-to-end implementation of new products and enhancements, from business readiness to market launch (Gate 3 to Gate 4)
Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Ensure alignment with the gating process and strategic priorities of the Product Team.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product concepts into executable plans.
Work closely with Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance to ensure readiness across all functions.
Facilitate regular implementation meetings and status updates with stakeholders.

Process Optimization & Governance
Establish and maintain standardized implementation frameworks and documentation.
Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to accelerate time-to-market.
Ensure all implementations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track implementation KPIs and provide post-launch performance insights.
Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for senior management.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions.

Capability Building
Support the Head of Retail Sales and Product Proposition in building a scalable implementation function.
