Finance Controller- Food and retail industry

Mandaluyong

Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, SEC reporting, and internal audits.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Developing annual budgets, monitoring performance, and adjusting forecasts based on business trends.
  • Strategic Financial Support: Partnering with business units to guide financial decisions and improve profitability.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Overseeing tax, treasury, and risk functions to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • CPA is required
  • MBA is a plus
  • at least 5 years of experience as Finance Controller with relatively experience in the food and retail industry.
  • Experience with Variance Analysis and Root Cause Analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
