Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role provides strategic financial guidance to management, supports decision-making through detailed financial analysis, and ensures effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Leads the finance and accounting team in managing all aspects of financial management, including forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and preparation of management reports. The position plays a key role in developing and implementing financial policies and systems that align with the organization's goals and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and working capital.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and other statutory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Supervise and mentor finance staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
  • Support management in strategic planning and decision-making
